     making the basic machining facility for finished machining of heavy duty shaft products. With the

100t, 50t, 32t bridge crane, we have the capacity of manufacture the complete plant of metallurgy machienry and equipments.

heat treatment equipment:

4.8x8.6m,5.5mX10m large size coal gas trolley furnace, φ3mX6.5m furnace of different temperature, 2.6x5.4m trolley electric furnace,4.5m well-type tempering furnace,

       which can process the heat treatment of spare parts within 100 tons as a whole and the normalizing, hardening and tempering of half girth gear within 10m diameter.

With regards of the surface hardening, we have

250KW, 160Kw intermediate frequency equipment, and 100Kw high frequency equipment,

  which can process

the surface hardening of shaft( no longer than 5m), gear(diameter within 5m), slewing bearing, bearing collar and so on.

Our heat treatment capacity:

shaft: the hardening and tempering, surface quenching for all kinds of shaft no longer than 16m, large size surpporting roll, rolling mill roll. etcRing parts: the hardening and tempering, surface quenching for all kinds of bearing roller way and gear ring (diameter within 6500mm) gear: the hardening and tempering, surface quenching for large size gear(modulus over 5 and diameter within 10m.)
